Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed through atelierwalla.com. By placing an order you accept them. The store is operated by Designed by Jiska, trading as Atelier Walla, Geulstraat 25, 7417 BA Deventer, The Netherlands, KvK 88616967.

Products

We sell art prints. Prints are sold unframed unless the product page says otherwise. Screens render colour differently, so the printed colour can differ slightly from what you see on your monitor. Paper is 200+ gsm uncoated matte fine-art paper and sizes are 21x30 cm, 30x40 cm and 50x70 cm.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse an order if a product is unavailable, if a price was listed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. If we refuse an order that you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Production and delivery

Prints are made to order at a partner press within the EU. Production takes 2 to 5 working days, after which shipping time applies. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Our refund policy applies and forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Intellectual property

The artwork remains our property. Buying a print gives you the right to display it privately. It does not give you the right to copy, resell, reproduce or use the artwork commercially.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country.
