Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada and Australia. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will see what is possible.

Costs

Within the European Union, shipping is free on orders over 59 euro. Below that amount a shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Outside the European Union a flat rate of 19.95 euro applies, whatever the order comes to.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by your own country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by you.

Production time

Every print is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 working days before the parcel leaves the press.

Delivery time

After production, typical delivery is 2 to 5 working days within the European Union and 5 to 12 working days outside it. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Busy periods and customs can add time.

Where your order is printed

Prints are produced at a partner press in or near your own region, so most parcels travel a short distance.

Packaging

Prints up to 30x40 cm are shipped flat in a rigid board envelope. 50x70 cm prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. If the tracking has not moved for more than five working days, email us.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to the press because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again once you pay the shipping cost of the second attempt.

Damaged in transit

If your print arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the print and of the packaging. We send a replacement free of charge.
