Right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you name, takes delivery of the last item in the order.

To use this right, tell us before the period ends by emailing atelierwalla@gmail.com with your order number. A clear statement is enough and you do not have to use a form. Once we confirm, send the print back within 14 days.

Condition

Prints must come back unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please ship them flat or rolled in the same way they reached you, since a creased print cannot be resold. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the print beyond what is needed to establish its nature and condition.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of returning the print. We give you the return address by email once you have told us you are cancelling.

Refunds

We refund the full purchase price including the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the print back or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we refund the standard cost. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

This is separate from the right of withdrawal and separate from the 14 day period. If a print arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the print and the packaging. We send a replacement free of charge and you do not need to return the original unless we ask.

Cancelling before dispatch

Prints are made to order and production often starts within hours. If you want to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If production has not started we cancel and refund in full.
